PARISH NOTES
SUNDAY 15 MAY 2016

Pentecost, Louis Galloche, 1670-1761

FROM THE RECTOR

Fifty Days after Easter comes the celebration of Pentecost, the Birthday of the Church, when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles in a rushing wind and tongues of fire, empowering them for their mission of proclaiming the Gospel to all nations. At the Solemn Procession and Mass this Sunday at 10 am several of our young people will be making their first Communions. Please join us for this great celebration of a principal feast of the Church Year. -- Fr. John D. Alexander
